It's Time to Commit To Be Fit in 2008!
But if that resolution seems overwhelming, try starting a little smaller. Choose one thing to improve in your health each day. That will make for a healthier week and help you form new habits long term! Here is a suggestion to follow each day to get you on the right track!

Mon 2-11: Instead of emailing a co-worker, walk to their desk and interact; burn more calories and re-energize after sitting.
Tues 2-12: Take your dog for a walk for 10-15 minutes before or after work.
Wed 2-13: To control portions at dinner try using a smaller plate, that way what you put on your plate will seem like a lot more.
Thur 2-14: When eating out ask the server to bring you a to go box when they bring the meal. Split the meal in half right when it comes. That way you are sure to watch your portions and save money by making two meals out of one.

Changing lifestyle is a big deal, but doesn't need to be overwhelming! If you take one day at a time, you are more likely to stick to your resolution.
