Quick Five Bean Salad
Makes 10 servings

  • 1 16-oz. can green beans
  • 1 16-oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 16-oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 1 16-oz. can wax beans
  • 1 16-oz. can lima beans
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • dash black pepper
  • 2 tsp. oil

Directions

Drain all cans of beans. Mix ingredients all together in bowl, chill, and you’ve got yourself a side dish bursting with protein!
