Quick Five Bean Salad
Makes 10 servings
- 1 16-oz. can green beans
- 1 16-oz. can kidney beans
- 1 16-oz. can garbanzo beans
- 1 16-oz. can wax beans
- 1 16-oz. can lima beans
- 1 chopped green pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- dash black pepper
- 2 tsp. oil
Directions
Drain all cans of beans. Mix ingredients all together in bowl, chill, and you’ve got yourself a side dish bursting with protein!
