Spinach Salad
Total Time: 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
- 1 bunch of baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, shallot, extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add apple and spinach. Toss to coat.
