Leg Raises and Extensions Using a Ball
Beach balls can be deflated and fit easily in a travel bag. 8”-9” rubber balls can be purchased for a nominal fee at most grocery or general merchandise stores and may destinations have balls available in the fitness or recreation centers. Balls are perfect way to have fun and incorporate buddy exercises.

From your seated position, extend your right leg out in front of you, keeping a soft bend in your knee. Lift the toe up toward the ceiling focusing on using your quadriceps muscles, slowly return to start position and repeat with the other leg.

2 sets of 15-20 repetitions
